Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in ON Kitchener is seeking a Packer on the 2nd shift to support production packaging and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You will stack crackers, prepare pallets, and collaborate with the production team to maintain efficiency.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with shift differential. We value teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions and process documents; strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Open bulk crackers & trays and place trays on the line conveyor at start.
• Place flavor into tray slots and adjust cracker count as needed; push slugs to retail.
• Straighten crackers and remove crushed or mis-sealed items from boxes.
• Remove finished products from conveyors and pack into bags or boxes.
• Pack retail boxes into shippers and cover line vacancies during breaks.
