The ideal candidate is tech-savvy with customer service experience, capable of handling social media touchpoints, and able to work Fridays–Sundays 5:45pm–10:00pm. This part-time role emphasizes reliability, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to work with on-site venue staff and audience.

Responsibilities

• Set up/take down lobby setup: signage, check-in table, merchandise.
• Welcome and check in audiences, answer guest questions.
• Manage merchandise inventory and sales.
• Facilitate overall event, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Provide feedback for improvement to the team.
• Communicate timely with Venue Operations.
