Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in Winnipeg is seeking a Health Care Aide for Home Care - Assiniboine South. The role is 0.60 EFT, in person, with 2080 base hours annually and rotating evening shifts on a two-week pattern.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course required.
• Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and ability to travel year-round.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support training may be required in some settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful personal care to clients in their homes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and co-workers, in writing and spoken English.
