Shared Health, Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, is seeking a Health Care Aide on a 0.50 FTE, in-person basis within the Care Coordination - Float Pool. The role requires CPR and First Aid training, and may include on-site micro-credential training through Red River College for uncertified aides.

Anticipated start date 10/15/2026. Applicants should have strong English communication and be able to work in a team, with the ability to handle multiple demands and physical tasks associated with

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).
• Preference for applicants with Indigenous language knowledge or Indigenous cultural understanding.
• Basic First Aid Training required; CPR training in accordance with employer policy.
• Completion of on-site training or approved course; access to computer/internet required; mandatory 7-day micro-credential program for uncertified Health Care Aides.
