Szamra Group is seeking a reliable Night Porter to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming Cambridge facility after hours. This independent evening role suits someone who takes pride in their work and adheres to a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, washrooms, and common areas; restocking supplies; and reporting issues to supervisors. Safety-conscious, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience required.
• Previous janitorial/custodial experience considered an asset.
• Experience working in an office or corporate environment considered an asset.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending and lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize office areas, workstations, boardrooms, hallways, kitchens/staff rooms, and washrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins and replenish soap, paper towels, tissue, and other hygiene supplies.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces following health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances and common areas.
• Follow facility safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly.
• Support additional custodial duties as assigned.
