Job summary

Optima Living in Victoria, BC is seeking an Evening Concierge to provide a warm, professional first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members, while supporting evening operations with hospitality and security.

You will handle inquiries, sign-in/out, coordinate meetings and events, assist with move-ins/outs, and support leadership with administrative tasks, fostering a person-centered environment in line with Optima's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an administrative or similar role.
• Completion of a recognized post-secondary program is an asset.
• Experience in a residential care or mental health environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage calls, inquiries, visitor sign-in/sign-out.
• Coordinate courier packages and move-ins/move-outs.
• Prepare agendas, record minutes, and support leadership meetings.
• Assist with incident reporting and safety procedures.
