Evening Cleaning Floater Position

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area for evening cleaning. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, is flexible with hours, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Hours can vary from day to day, but the average would be:

• Sundays from 12:00pm – 7:00pm
• Monday – Thursday from 5:00pm – 12:00am

35 hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliability is key
• Experience in janitorial work is an asset but not necessary
• Flexibility with hours, willing to stay late or come early if required
• Ability to work independently and around people
• Clean criminal record, ability to provide a police background check, and willingness to complete security clearances
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Proficiency in English (verbal and reading)
• Ability to work at various locations throughout the city
• Energetic with attention to detail and able to complete duties within time frames

Job Duties:

• Building cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting touch points, vacuuming, cleaning/disinfecting washrooms, dusting, general cleaning duties, garbage removal, and more as directed by supervisors
• Assisting co-workers as needed
