Responsibilities

• Prepare High level test cases


• Test execution and status update


• Identify operational and procedural improvements


• Test environment readiness & verification


• Maintaining different version of test deliverables


• Under limited supervision, respond to escalated support issues and knowledge submissions

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and analytical expertise on enhancement requests.

Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding of device drivers, BIOS configuration and evolution of PC platforms


• Requirements gathering, analysis and gap identification


• Preparation and maintenance of test cases


• Analyze, create and manage test data


• Proper usage of templates and checklists


• Adherence to estimation and schedule


• Contribute and support technical knowledge transfer activities


• Skill enhancements (self-learning, active participation in training/presentation)


• Proficient in the main MS Office applications


• Familiar with automated test scripts and defect tracking software (ALM, QTP, etc.)
