Enterprise Infrastructure (ETS):

ETS delivers enterprise and end-user infrastructure solutions, managing data centers, networking, wireless technologies, server and database operations, desktops, mainframes, and security. The ETS Proactive Risk team assesses risks through exams and metrics, including organizational, operational, technological, regulatory, and security risks.

Job Description:

The ETS Proactive Risk Project Manager (PM) will focus on controls-driven management, tracking activities to identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with team leads to ensure the completion of firmwide initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks, develop plans, produce metrics, escalate concerns, and send reminders.
• Coordinate efforts across departments and locations to ensure project success.
• Evaluate risks and controls within a regulated environment, including identifying key risks, controls optimization, and control configuration around business processes and IT environments.
• Apply internal control principles, lead working groups, perform assessments, and identify control issues for remediation.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and manage day-to-day engagement operations.
• Build positive relationships with cross-functional teams, motivate, and lead by example.
• Create high-quality deliverables, including audit programs and controls evaluation tools.

Additional Goals:

Maintain current deliverables and improve functions through data integration, process improvements, automation, and building business cases for new technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in process and controls, risk assessment, and testing methodologies across business and regulatory environments.
• Experience with risk management, compliance, operational processes, and control frameworks.
• Strong project management skills, including developing plans and managing deliverables.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
