Job summary

EllisDon Corporation in Vancouver, BC, seeks a Senior Estimator to confidently lead bid processes and mentor estimating staff. You will assemble accurate estimates for hard-bid, CM and design‑build, organize sub‑contractor quotes, and support buy‑outs to win opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in ICI estimating, strong knowledge of contracts and unit costs, and proficiency with CostX or BlueBeam in time‑sensitive settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICI estimating or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, construction contracts, conceptual estimating and unit costs.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately in time‑sensitive situations while delegating to a team.
• Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently and effectively.
• Experience using takeoff software, specifically CostX or BlueBeam.

Salary & Benefits
