Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor in the ICI and/or high-rise residential space.
• Familiarity with the GTA construction landscape.
• Strong preference for design-build project experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural, structural, civil, and landscaping plans to determine scope and quantities.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Bluebeam, Excel, and internal systems.
• Manage multiple estimates, tasks, and deadlines with clarity and precision.
