Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create estimates for commercial and light industrial projects.
• Review project plans and specifications to confirm the complete scope.
• Prepare instructions to bidders and other bid solicitation information.
• Evaluate and develop construction rates and subcontract cost estimates.
• Participate in the estimate/project handover meeting with Operations.
