Our Windsor, ON branch is currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the estimation and project management of large contract work.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities
• Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing proposals, and securing purchase orders/contracts
• Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades
• Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
• Coordinating design, material, labor, subcontractors, and change orders

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma in Fire Protection Engineering or a related field, with experience in the Fire Protection industry
• 3-5 years of experience in design, installation, sales, and project management within Fire Protection
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
