Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the Pre-Construction team. You will support bid activities and work with proposals teams to secure bids on large-scale construction projects across Canada.

This role emphasizes trade-driven cost analysis, price estimation for labor, equipment and materials, and collaboration with trade partners and clients. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of estimating experience, a relevant degree or diploma, and a proven ability to coordinate with project

As an experienced Estimator working in the Pre-Construction team at Pomerleau Construction, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.

This role could be for you if you have

• 1 to 5 years of relevant estimating experience in the construction industry.
• A University Degree, College Diploma or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management. Or a combination of education and industry experience.
