Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of relevant estimating experience in construction.
  • University Degree, College Diploma or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration.
  • Experience building relationships with industry and project stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the bid process cycle.
  • Critical research skills for identifying and analyzing project expenses.
  • Expertise in quantity take-offs to guarantee accuracy in contract specifications and pricing.

This role could be for you if you have
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant estimating experience in the construction industry.
