Kinetic Construction Ltd. is seeking an Estimator to support the Chief Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager across pre-construction and estimating activities. The role offers growth with a 41-year company with offices in multiple BC locations.

Salary band is $99,000–$123,000 annually, based on skills and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and employee ownership opportunities. Remote work options are available through flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent.
• Experience with pre-construction, estimating and related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read contract specs and drawings.

• Support the Chief Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager with pre-construction and estimating activities.

The wage band for this position is $99,000 - $123,000 annually but is based on relevant skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent
• Construction Related Technology Certificate Diploma is required
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating, and/or related field

Knowledge Skills And Abilities

• Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents
• Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude

• Must be self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged
