Job summary

Chandos in Mississauga is seeking a construction estimator with 2+ years of commercial/institutional estimating experience to join our team. You will read drawings and specifications, perform take-offs, price trades, analyze bids, and help shape winning strategies in a wide range of building projects.

• Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating software.
• Organized and able to perform under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions.
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into increasingly complex estimates.
