Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and organized estimates for Stipulated Sum, Design Build, and Construction Management projects.
• Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope and budget.
• Collaborate with the estimating team on schedules, budgets, and subcontractor selection.
• Maintain and update unit pricing and cost databases for materials and labour.
• Send bid invitations, respond to subcontractor inquiries, and manage communication throughout the tendering process.
• Conduct post-bid reviews and assist with risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed on market trends to develop effective bid strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  
  

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Post-secondary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with 1-2 years in commercial projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, and Smartbid; experience with Procore is an asset.
