As an Estimator at Pacific Flow Control Ltd., you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to assess job requirements, develop proposals, and ensure project feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate estimates.

Communicate with clients to understand project needs and provide professional recommendations.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure estimates align with project execution strategies.

Identify and assess potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and alternative solutions.

Maintain up-to-date pricing and industry trends to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.

Present estimates and proposals to clients in a clear, professional manner.

Work closely with sales and project management teams to refine and finalize quotes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in civil or mechanical construction, or technical service industry.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in client relations and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
