Qualifications

• Postsecondary education related to engineering, construction estimating, or building technology.
• At least 3 years’ experience in estimation, focusing on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong familiarity with building construction workflows and sequencing.
• Skilled in estimation tools (Timberline, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
