Join a leading construction and industrial projects team as an Estimator supporting major projects valued at $50M+. We are seeking two experienced Estimators: one with earthworks, civil, or building construction experience on industrial sites, and another with mechanical estimating expertise, particularly piping within oil & gas or industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Work within a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and pricing strategies

• Lead estimate closings and tender submissions

Successful candidates will have:

• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Possess 5+ years of estimating experience on projects exceeding $50M
• Demonstrate experience with industrial, commercial, or heavy construction projects
• Bring expertise in either earthworks/buildings or mechanical piping estimating
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents effectively
• Utilize estimating software such as Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff
• Apply strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract negotiations
• Be eligible for or possess PQS or CET designation
