Hall Constructors in BC is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to support the Civil Estimating team. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and supervision to develop coordination and technical skills in heavy civil construction estimating.

You will manage quantity takeoffs, assist with bid documents, and help mentors Estimating Assistants and Interns while meeting tight deadlines. Strong organization, communication, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience (entry-level role).
• Bachelor of Engineering or Applied Science, eligible for registration as an EIT.

Responsibilities

• Support the Civil Estimating team by organizing bid documents and quantity takeoffs.
• Regularly check in with Estimators for training, feedback, and task prioritization.
• Troubleshoot and review quantity takeoffs for accuracy and quality control.
• Assist with estimate closeout.
