Full-Time | Client-Facing Role | Financial Recovery & Insolvency Services
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Estate Manager (also known as an Insolvency Administrator) to join a professional and supportive team focused on helping individuals navigate financial difficulty with dignity and respect. This is a key client-facing role where youll educate and guide clients through insolvency processes including Consumer Proposals and bankruptcies, while collaborating with insolvency professionals and contributing to a positive and ethical team culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct initial consultations, review meetings, and sign-up appointments with clients.
Offer respectful, non-judgmental advice on Consumer Proposals, bankruptcies, and other debt relief options.
Develop strong working relationships with Licensed Insolvency Trustees and internal team members.
Delegate and assist in the preparation of insolvency filings and related documents.
Contribute to a culture of mentorship and professional growth by coaching and training new team members.
Stay informed and compliant with current insolvency legislation, including the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
