The role requires TESL Canada Professional Standard Two, CLB 5+ teaching experience, and a BA degree plus 100 hours of methodology. Start date: October 27, 2026, with evening/weekend scheduling for six weeks transitioning to a weekly

Qualifications

• TESL Canada Professional Standard Two is required.
• Experience teaching CLB levels 5 and above.
• University degree (BA) plus 100 hours of methodology and theory.
• Content knowledge of Health Care Assistant (HCA) required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct ESL HCA program onsite at Nanaimo campus.
• Guide students through laboratory and clinical training to become HCAs.
• Deliver instruction in a manner that supports hands-on learning and professional development.
