Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a motivated ESG & CSR Analyst to support research, program development, and reporting.

You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG goals into business strategies, monitor KPIs, and engage stakeholders to advance sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ESG, CSR, and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards and data analysis tools.
• Experience with market research, stakeholder engagement, and ESG metrics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Your Role

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability, environmental impact, and social engagement.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field required. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategies, and sustainability practices.
