Job summary

White Owl IT Group is seeking an ERP Specialist to support a broad portfolio of business applications across finance, HR, procurement, and operations. You will ensure secure configurations, manage user access, and collaborate with end users through on-site visits to align IT with business needs.

You will work with the BI team to enable reporting, maintain documentation of data flows, and coordinate with vendors on releases, integrations, and system improvements across multiple client

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting, configuring, or administering business applications in an ERP or MSP environment.
• Demonstrated experience with at least two of the supported platforms (Dayforce, Sage, Business Central, or similar).
• Solid understanding of core business processes including finance, HR, procurement, and expense management.
• Experience creating and maintaining business workflow and data/integration flow documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable facilitating process reviews with end users and translating technical changes into plain business language.
• Ability to manage multiple client environments and competing priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security, configurations, and workflow processes across all supported applications.
• Review and manage user roles and access rights, ensuring each user has the permissions required to perform their role — and nothing beyond that.
• Troubleshoot system issues reported by end users and coordinate resolution in a timely manner.
