Your background includes 8+ years supporting software systems in cloud/hosted/on-prem environments, with 2 complex end-to-end implementations in SCM or finance cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting software systems in cloud/hosted/on-prem environments.
• At least 2 complex end-to-end implementations in SCM or finance cloud.
• Strong BI/reporting chops and comfort digging into data.
• Sharp analytical mind and excellent communication; translate tech speak into plain English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to define requirements and solve systems issues.
• Build and maintain BI reports using Power BI, Oracle BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Support rollout of new applications and system enhancements.
