As the ERP Support/Analyst you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our client’s ERP and related business systems. You’ll collaborate closely with the Finance & Administration team and other departments to drive improvements that streamline operations, improve user experience, and boost overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain, configure, and optimize ERP and other business systems to support effective financial and operational processes.
2. Provide day-to-day ERP support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in partnership with external providers.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system and process improvements.
4. Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects across financial systems.
5. Gather and document business requirements for system changes and new initiatives.
6. Maintain up-to-date documentation of finance processes and workflows.
7. Develop and deliver training materials for finance and non-finance users to support system adoption and efficiency.
8. Build a deep understanding of cross-functional data flows to inform and drive continuous improvement.
9. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across integrated systems and support reporting needs.

What You Bring:

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
2. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) is an asset.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ERP systems in a complex business environment.
4. Proven track record in ERP support, process improvement, and system optimization.
5. Experience managing system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality rollouts.
6. Understanding of ERP integrations and industry best practices.
7. Skilled in process mapping and data flow analysis.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
9. Self-motivated with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
10. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
11. Experience with Sage X3 is a plus.
12. A relevant degree is desirable.
