Job summary

Winpak is seeking an ERP Release Coordinator to support release management, testing coordination, documentation, deployment readiness, and release communication for its Infor M3 environment. The role focuses on ERP release execution with monthly updates, service fixes, and biannual feature releases, requiring strong organization and cross-functional collaboration across IT, business leads, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ERP support, release coordination, or IT project coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems in structured IT, operations, manufacturing, finance, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational skills for dates, tasks, dependencies, approvals, and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating work across technical teams, business users, vendors, and project resources.
• Strong written communications for release notes, summaries, and status updates.
• Attention to detail with checklists, test evidence, issue logs and release docs.
• Ability to work in a setting where ERP release processes are being developed and improved.
• Ability to assess business impact and prioritize follow-up.
• Familiarity with ticketing, testing, documentation, release management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ERP release activities across teams.
• Maintain the Infor M3 release calendar, monthly fixes, and feature releases.
• Coordinate ERP release activities with support, business process owners, and partners.
• Prepare release plans, schedules, checklists, and deployment plans.
• Track scope, modules, processes, tests, defects, decisions, and approvals.
• Review release materials and communications from Infor.
• Assist impact tracking for M3 releases across modules and processes.
• Prepare materials for ERP release meetings and go/no-go prep.
• Track action items and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate release communications and post-release updates.
• Coordinate high-risk testing, regression, UAT, and validation.
• Maintain test evidence, sign-offs, issue logs, and runbooks.
• Support deployment readiness with approvals and rollback planning.
• Differentiate release defects from other issue types.
• Keep ERP-related documentation updated and accurate.
• Improve ERP release coordination processes over time.
