Job summary

MNP Digital is seeking an experienced Project Manager focused on ERP projects in Ottawa. You will plan and lead ERP implementations, upgrades and transformations across financials, operations and supply chain, from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management and a bilingual English/French capability, with experience in Microsoft, SAP or Oracle ERP platforms. Join a collaborative team delivering real business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ERP-specific are assets.
7+ years of project management experience, preferably ERP implementations.
Experience leading ERP projects across finance, operations, supply chain, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead ERP implementation, optimization and transformation projects from discovery to stabilization.
Manage ERP client projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and aligned to scope.
Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Facilitate project ceremonies and governance routines (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).
Coordinate internal resources, client stakeholders and vendors to deliver ERP project deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting.
