ERP Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are currently representing a leading international software provider that is looking to hire an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The company delivers cutting-edge point-of-sale (POS) and e-commerce systems, built entirely on Microsoft Dynamics 365, to clients across the retail, museum, and attraction sectors. The Role

This is a varied and client-facing consulting role, where you will work on implementations, solution design, advisory services, training, and more. You will be supported by experienced colleagues across different geographies and have the opportunity to grow your technical and business expertise within a high-performing, flexible team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on solution design and business process optimisation
• Participating in scoping and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
• Delivering end-user training and workshops
• Producing technical and functional documentation
• Supporting retail customers through the full ERP lifecycle

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience as an ERP or Business Consultant
• Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred
• Background in finance, accounting, or IT
• Confident communicator in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel for client visits (driver’s license B required, but car not necessary)
• Enthusiastic, collaborative approach with a positive outlook
