The Ontario Cannabis Store provides safe, responsible access to recreational cannabis for adults 19 and older . We operate the provincial online store for recreational cannabis in Ontario and are the exclusive provincial wholesaler to authorized private retail stores.

About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and business? As a Business Relationship Manager with OCS, you will bridge the gap between our IT department and various business units. You will play a critical role in aligning IT services with business needs, driving improvements, and optimizing productivity. This is your chance to shape the future of ERP in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization. This role will be responsible for OMS (specifically Microsoft IOM) and its associated integrations with internal and external applications – e.g. inventory values communicated to B2B/B2C applications, and sales orders dropping to our Warehouse Management System.

Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $105,000 - 115,000. This is a pay grade 8 role, with a salary range of $82,623.96 - $123,507.59. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
