Job summary

Venn, Canada’s fastest-growing B2B fintech, is hiring a product leader to drive exceptional products and user experiences. You’ll shape the roadmap, provide direction across product and design, and empower thousands of Canadian businesses to manage their finances by expanding core capabilities.

You'll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, using data and customer feedback to continuously refine the product strategy as Venn scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience taking technical products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical mindset with data and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Ability to navigate trade-offs and prioritize in fast-moving environments.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Clear and confident written and spoken communication.
