Qualifications include a CS/Business/Finance degree or equivalent, 3+ years in financial services, and hands-on data skills (Databricks, SQL, Python, APIs). Strong communication and stakeholder influence are essential.

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch using Agile methodologies.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead development of products, services and market plans.
• Leverage data analytics platforms to analyze datasets, build prototypes, and validate opportunities.
