Job summary

Lake Country Co-operative Association Limited invites applications for a full-time Yard Clerk (40 hours/week) at our Agro location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Agro Team Leader, this role involves loading/unloading, stocking, order preparation, and basic product information support to customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, inventory records, operating a skid-steer, and seasonal yard duties.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload agro & crop inputs products; maintain cleanliness, rotation, storage, and order of merchandise in the yard, compound, and storage areas.
• Ensure product is stored safely, securely, and in compliance with regulations.
• Pick, stage and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Provide basic product information and direct technical questions to appropriate personnel.
• Support the mixing/blending of fertilizer (if applicable).
• Clean and perform minor repairs and maintenance to vehicles and equipment.
• Record inventory movement, assist in preparing shipping documents and bills of lading; report discrepancies to management.
• Operate skid-steer to move fertilizer in and out of appropriate locations in instructed quantities.
• Keep the yard clean, organized and safe; perform snow removal, weed control, and other seasonal yard duties.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
