Crop Inputs Sales Representative (Precision Ag)
Cargill is seeking a Crop Inputs Sales Representative to support the Odessa, SK territory. This role focuses on driving sales of crop input products through direct and indirect channels, working with both new and existing customers. The representative will conduct in-person and remote sales activities, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored products, services, and agronomic solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting market growth. The role involves assisting with market research, pricing strategies, and merchandising activities while monitoring competitor activity and industry trends. The representative is expected to promote Cargills products and services, strengthen customer partnerships, and contribute to business expansion.
The position requires the ability to independently resolve moderately complex issues while escalating more advanced challenges when necessary. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of related experience, a valid Canadian Class 5 drivers license, and legal authorization to work in Canada.
