We are seeking a personable, motivated, and results-driven Equipment Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at a reputable and fast-paced equipment dealership in Kingston. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping customers find the ideal compact equipment solutions to meet their needs, while fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in clients and potential leads to understand their equipment needs
  • Actively follow up on inquiries and identify new sales opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional initiatives
  • Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural or compact equipment sales
  • Valid G-Class driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
  • Comfortable using CRM software and general computer applications
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to sales
