Job summary

OSR OnSite Rentals Co Inc in Toronto is seeking a Rental Specialist to be the face of our operation, helping customers choose the right equipment and ensuring rentals are processed quickly and safely.

You will greet customers, explain safe use, prepare gear for pickup, inspect returns, and keep the fleet clean and rental-ready while updating records in our rental system. This role offers training and clear growth opportunities toward supervisor or technician roles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in retail, rental, or similar.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work hands-on with equipment.
• Comfort with tools and equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to learn rental software and perform check-in/out accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help select equipment and accessories.
• Explain safe operation and usage considerations.
• Process rental check-in and check-out transactions.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rentals; track fleet status.
• Coordinate with team to keep the center running smoothly.
