Job summary

Jardeg is seeking a Loader Equipment Operator for the DOW site in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. You will assist with daily plant operations, perform routine maintenance on the loader, and ensure safety compliance on site.

Requirements include CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level II, and a valid driver's licence. A/D testing is required. Local accommodations and schedule of 14 days on, 7 days off are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the plant operator with daily plant operations and upkeep.
• Perform repair and maintenance on the plant under supervision.
• Complete daily equipment checklists and maintain service records.
• Operate loader and perform routine maintenance including greasing and refuelling.
• Follow safety policies and report defects in heavy equipment.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Accurately complete work orders and safety documentation.
• Adhere to all company and client safety practices.

Woodland Constructors Looking for Equipment Operators at the DOW Chemical site in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. The duties of a Loader Operator include, but are not limited to, the operations and capability of a front end wheel loader and assisting with the daily operations

Responsibilities

• Assist the plant operator with the daily operations and upkeep of the plant.
• Perform repair and maintenance on the plant under the direction of the Plant Superintendent or Lead Hands.
• Complete daily equipment checklists and maintain accurate equipment service records.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on the loader, including greasing, refueling, and maintaining fluid levels.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliances, identify defects in heavy-duty equipment
• Perform pre-and post-trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety and road worthiness.
• Accurate completion of work orders and safety documentation.
• Adhere to all company and client safe work practices and policies
