Job summary

Emterra Group is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate wheel loaders, skid steers, and related site equipment. The role includes daily equipment inspections, reporting, and coordinating with supervisors. The position follows a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule with 10-hour shifts, offering full-time employment.

Ideal candidates will have a valid Class 5 licence, strong safety mindset, and good English communication skills. Experience in waste/recycling is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating wheel loaders, skid steers, and other site equipment. This role includes daily equipment inspections, documentation, communication with supervisors and management, and supporting other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, and the ability to meet the physical and English language requirements of the position. This is the full-time position with the 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, with 10-hour shifts per day.

Position Description
