Heavy Civil Equipment Operators work under the supervision of the jobsite Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager. Responsibilities include operating equipment such as excavators, dozers, haul trucks, water trucks, etc. The role involves physical labor, including lifting, pulling, digging, site cleaning, and equipment maintenance. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, lift 50 lbs., and prioritize safety. The typical work schedule is 50-60 hours per week.
