Purpose of Job

The role of a Fulfillment Center is to get products to the customer as quickly as possible and is a critical function within our Logistics. The role you play offers the opportunity to positively impact thousands of customers worldwide and drive Newegg forward through leading special projects within operations to develop business initiatives and operational excellence.

Job Description

• Previous experience working within Fulfillment, Warehousing, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be physically capable of repetitive standing, lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods.
• Processing each order completely and accurately.
• Packing orders safely, effectively, and efficiently; verifying order accuracy by order number, product quantity, and shipping each order.
• Ensuring safety precautions and equipment are maintained.
• Awareness of storage techniques, space allocation, and stock rotation.
• Sorting and preparing merchandise for RMA requests.
• Creating and managing vendor and internal transfer documentation.
• Preparing merchandise for shipping with correct documentation.
• Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of all outgoing shipments.
• Loading packages onto carriers as needed.
• Conducting physical inventory counts in assigned areas.
• Testing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Providing driver information for merchandise to relevant departments.
• Supporting technical activities between outbound and vendors.
• Maintaining a clean working area.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
