About the Role:

Seeking a technical and data-driven ERP professional to join our IT team. This Epicor Technical Analyst will support and enhance our Epicor Kinetic ERP system, develop system integrations, and explore AI-enabled functionality.

Epicor Technical Analyst Responsibilities:

- Build and customize Epicor Kinetic using Application Studio, BAQs, BPMs

- Develop SSRS reports and Grow BI dashboards

- Manage DMT imports, data integrity, and API-based integrations

- Explore new AI tools from Epicor and implement use cases with the ERP Specialist

- Test, validate, and deploy new ERP features

- Assist in module rollouts and cross-functional support

Requirements

• 2+ years of Epicor Kinetic or similar ERP system experience
• SQL, BAQs, and data transformation knowledge
• SSRS and BI tool experience (Grow BI, Power BI, etc.)
• REST API familiarity and scripting knowledge
• Strong validation and documentation practice
• Manufacturing or industrial ERP experience
• Knowledge of MRP and production modules
• Low-code tool or integration platform exposure
• Experience or curiosity in AI for ERP
