Job summary

Centura Tile is seeking a Junior Epicor Prophet 21 ERP Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support, administration, and continuous improvement of the Prophet 21 ERP system. The role ensures system stability, resolves user issues, and supports business processes across the company.

The position is full-time on a 6-month contract with a possibility to convert to full-time permanent. Work hours are 8:30am–5:00pm on weekdays, with some travel and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21.
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, and Crystal Reports for ERP customization and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Epicor Prophet 21 ERP across all business units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues in sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and ERP modules.
• Configure and maintain user roles, security, and access permissions within Prophet 21.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using SQL, C#, and Crystal Reports.
• Coordinate with Epicor support and IT staff to resolve escalated problems.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Prophet 21 functionality.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and training for new releases or modules.
• Maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles for ongoing reference.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to provide help during weekends and after hours when required.

The Epicor Prophet 21 ERP Support Analyst Junior is responsible for providing day-to-day support, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's Prophet 21 ERP system. This role ensures system stability, resolves user issues, supports business processes, and collaborates with departments to enhance system functionality and performance.

This is a full-time, contract position and the hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm on weekdays.

Duties

• Provide technical and functional support for the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system across all business units across the country.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to sales orders, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and other ERP modules.
• Configure and maintain user roles, security, and access permissions within Prophet 21.
• Develop and maintain business rules, and custom reports using C#, SQL, and Crystal Reports.
• Coordinate with Epicor support and internal IT staff to resolve escalated system problems or bugs.
• Analyze and document business processes and recommend improvements leveraging P21 functionality.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and training for new releases or modules.
• Maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles for ongoing reference.
