Epicor P21 Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing).
• Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality.
• Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs.
• Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions.
• Support go‑live and provide post‑implementation assistance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
• Develop and maintain integrations, and reports for P21.
• Build and optimize SQL queries and views, Business Rules using C# & .NET and dashboards.
• Implement and troubleshoot EDI, API, and third‑party integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Release / Rollout experience in P21
