Job summary

LRO Staffing, in the Greater Toronto Area, is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to support a major Epic initiative this summer. We are seeking several experienced Epic consultants for a short-term, onsite engagement during a critical transition period.

Responsibilities include frontline end-user support across Epic modules, workflow optimization, issue resolution, go-live readiness, and collaboration with clinical, IT, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Epic experience with go-live expertise.
• Experience as an Epic Credentialed Trainer or analyst or go-live support consultant.
• Epic Certifications in Orders, Grand Beaker, ClinDoc, Radiant, Stork/ASAP, Optime, Hospital Billing, Patient Access.

• Assist users with workflow navigation, issue resolution, and day-to-day operational support.

They are seeking several experienced Epic consultants to join their team on a short-term engagement during a key transition period.

Duties

• Provide frontline support to clinical and operational end users within Epic environments
• Assist users with workflow navigation, issue resolution, and day-to-day operational support
• Reinforce workflow best practices and support effective end-user adoption
• Escalate application, workflow, or operational concerns appropriately to internal leadership teams
• Participate in operational support activities and centralized escalation processes where required
• Document recurring issues, workflow observations, and support trends during the engagement
• Work collaboratively with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to maintain continuity throughout the transition period

About You

• Strong Epic experience: ideally has go-live expertise
• Experience working as an Epic Credentialed Trainer, Analyst, or go-live support consultant
• Epic Certification and experience within Orders, Grand Beaker, ClinDoc, Radiant, Stork/ASAP, Optime, Hospital Billing, Patient Access will be required
• Previous experience supporting healthcare organizations during large-scale Epic initiatives preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, scheduling workflows, registration processes, and end-user support practices
• Ability to work independently in high-volume and fast-paced healthcare environments
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable supporting a broad range of clinical and operational end users in real time
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend coverage as operationally required
• Must be available to work onsite throughout the duration of the engagement

About the Job

• Short-term contract engagement expected to run early November
• Shift structures will primarily consist of standard 8‑hour coverage (night and day), with some extended coverage requirements potentially required depending on operational needs
• This is a fully onsite position in the Greater Toronto Area. Flexibility for remote work for the right candidate.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred
• Pay rate: $70.00/hr + depending on experience
