Job summary

LRO Staffing is partnering with a Canada-based health institution to recruit an Epic Certified Principal Trainer with expertise across ClinDoc, Orders, Cadence/Prelude, Radiant, Willow and related modules. The role is 100% remote (or onsite in the GTA) for 2–4 months with possible extension, focusing on curriculum development and Epic testing environments.

You will lead trainings, design comprehensive programs, manage MST builds, and collaborate with SMEs and credentialed trainers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Epic experience as an Epic Principal Trainer.
• Epic Principal Trainer Certification or Accreditation in ClinDoc, Orders, Cadence/Prelude, Radiant or Willow.
• Strong experience with MST build, training and workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
• Experience with requirements gathering, change management and stakeholder management.
• Significant experience presenting to SMEs and onboarding Credentialed Trainers.
• Must have some daytime availability (EST) to collaborate with multiple teams.

About The Opportunity

LRO Staffing is partnered with one of Canada's reputable health institutions seeking an Epic Certified Principal Trainers with expertise across several modules - ClinDoc, Orders, Ambulatory, Radiant, etc. These engagements will range from 2-4 months with extension possibility. This will require in depth Epic Training, MST expertise and experience onboarding credential trainers. The selected candidate will have strong experience with Epic Implementations and in depth experience in developing curriculums and Epic testing environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare setting (Remote).

About You

About the Job

100% remote (or onsite in the GTA preferred), full time (preferred), have some daytime availability, immediate start. Compensation: $70.00/hr +.
