Job summary

AllRock Consulting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Materials Project Coordinator for our Toronto office to help deliver environmental services on a wide variety of Ontario projects.

You will lead ESAs and APUs, coordinate Phase II programs, manage field and lab data, and prepare technical deliverables while ensuring health and safety compliance and strong client relationships. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Earth or Environmental Science and at least two years in a similar role, with

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Earth or Environmental Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role/environment.
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s Excess Soil Regulation and related practices.
  • Strong writing, communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ESAs and APUs including field visits, history, and reporting.
  • Coordinate Phase II ESAs, Exess Soil Regulation projects, and investigations.
  • Manage field data collection, laboratory submissions, and deliverables.
  • Serve as safety lead and ensure compliance with the program.
  • Build relationships with labs, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor client solutions.
  • Maintain license status and reliable vehicle access.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
