Job summary

Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario is seeking a highly organized EHS Administrator to support Environmental, Health & Safety programs. You will coordinate and track EHS training, maintain records, and ensure timely completion of actions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize, and track EHS training programs, including scheduling, attendance, documentation, and completion records.
  • Lead and facilitate EHS training sessions for employees and supervisors, creating an engaging and professional learning environment.
  • Communicate training requirements clearly to employees and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS records, documentation, training matrices, and compliance tracking systems.
  • Monitor outstanding training, documentation, inspections, corrective actions, and other EHS-related items.
  • Proactively follow up with employees, supervisors, and departments on missing or incomplete items.
  • Track action items from identification through final closure, ensuring deadlines are understood and commitments are completed.
  • Provide regular status updates on outstanding items and elevate overdue or unresolved issues when appropriate.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, incident documentation, and other EHS program activities as needed.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure EHS documentation is organized, accessible, and maintained according to company requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with employees and leadership to promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow-through.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedEHS Administratorto support our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining EHS training, documentation, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who is comfortable communicating with employees at all levels, leading training sessions, following up with others to obtain outstanding information, and tracking items through to completion. Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving forward are essential to success in this position.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

The salary range for this role is 47,000 CAD - 84,000 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program.
