Job summary

TBT Engineering Limited in Fort Frances seeks an Environmental Engineer or Earth Scientist to join our team, contributing to diverse environmental projects under the mentorship of experienced Professional Engineers. You will expand your technical knowledge in site assessment, remediation, monitoring, and regulatory compliance while pursuing licensure in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental, Civil, or Geological Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Field experience is an asset with understanding of environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in environmental site assessments (Phase I/II ESAs) and remediation reporting.
• Conduct field investigations and sampling for soil, groundwater, surface water, and sediment quality.
• Support RSC projects with data collection and regulatory coordination.
• Contribute to ecological and biological assessments including habitat surveys and impact evaluations.
• Assist in proposal preparation and client/regulatory engagement.
• Collaborate with Professional Engineers to apply engineering principles and progress toward licensure.
